We all started out in business once! We're a small company that provdes a service for Realtors to ensure that tenants and buyers (and landlords and sellers) are registered for utilities at the right times!

We ask you to please take a moment and answer our short questionnaire below as we try to launch our business in your locality.

We'll draw one luck respondent at the end of the month and send them a $100 restaurant voucher (for a restaurant of their choice)

For Rental properties, when do tenants register for utilities? *

Before they get the keys

I leave this up to the property owner to arrange
Its not something I have to deal with
I assume that the Tenant has closed their account directly

Green / Sustainable Energy - Do tenants ever ask? *

Tenants typically go for the cheapest utility
Tenants like to choose Green energy options
It has nothing to do with me
